Based on this platform we have identify a new business area – Provider – which is already used by some of Europe’s most well-known insurance companies, helping them build great customer relationships.
We are seeing fast growth and success within this business area, and we now need to strengthen our team with people who can build exceptional client relationships. Your role as Client Success Manager
As Client Success Manager, you will be working close to a Key Account Manager and together develop client relationships. Most of our clients operate within the insurance and broker industry, meaning that they are holding our most complex solutions.
You will be the main contact person on a day-to-day basis and act as the spider in the web with a strong focus on problem solving and ensuring errands end up in the right place, while you ensure that our customers receive quick and valuable feedback. Since the business area is new, you will have a key role in building up new working methods for these clients, ensuring efficient and well working BAU models.
As Client Success Manager, you will for example:
• Support our clients on a day- to-day basis with queries via email, tracking and processing client requests
• Ensure that the client is up to date regarding the functionality of the platform
• Together with our Product Communications team, set a communication strategy with the client and ensure success with the communication tool
• Work closely with other teams in the organisation to develop the financial benefits in the provider client´s solutions

To succeed as Client Success Manager, we see that you are customer focused and tend to walk the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. You have a strong drive and interest in establishing innovative solutions with our customers and gets motivated by working in a technical role. Furthermore, you are a great problem-solver that are not afraid of the unknown. Instead, you find it exciting to work with a product where there is not always a clear solution to the problems you are facing. Lastly, you thrive in an environment where you get to challenge yourself and want to learn more about the insurance and broker industry, and how technology can help our clients to reach their goals.
Requirements:
• You can come directly from university for this position. If no university degree, this is the requirements:
• At least 1 year work experience from a client facing role with a technical focus, such as Client Success Manager, Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Manager or Senior Customer Support
• Above or an administrative and client focused role from an insurance company or broker
• Proficient in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. If you also speak Finnish, it’s a big advantage!
• Technical interest
• Experience from the Finance industry is meticulous for this role, thus not a requirement
