About the role
The Client Success Manager is instrumental in leveraging the full potential of Dirac’s clients and partners. This role’s primary focus is to expand the Dirac Live offering utilizing the full network of Dirac’s clients and partners. Develop joint customer activation agendas and executing on them together. It will also involve exploring additional offerings and business models and thus growing the Dirac Live business additionally.

The position works closely with each Sales Director with a clear ownership of cultivating the Dirac Live business line.

- Establish and maintain successful relationships with client and partners representatives relevant for Dirac Live business development

- Develop and execute activation plans for each client where the clients' network, partners and sales channels are leveraged
- Ownership of user journey originating from the partners and clients, and engaging resources of Dirac and client/partner to implement it
- Define and A/B-test hypothesis of revenue-driven activities together with CRM & Analytics Manager
- Keep track of initiatives and evaluate efforts and report back to management and partner/client
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop synergies and points of collaboration in these efforts


You background
To become successful in this role we believe that you have four years of account management and business development, probably in a technical environment. You are an analytical and creative business developer who is skilled in identifying innovative revenue streams through new and existing partnerships. Moreover, you are tech savy and have a good understanding of possibilities within online-sales.

- Minimum four years of account management and business development experience
- Experience and demonstrated ability to work with external partners, and diverse teams of creative and technical experts
- Understanding of consumer technology, audio technology and/or relevant fields
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
