Client Technical Specialist - ARM TURBONOMIC

You apply your business insights, build and maintain client relationships, incorporate hardware, software and services into client-valued solutions and ensure client readiness for the implementation of technical solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the future for both IBM and its clients. Start your journey now! Your Role and Responsibilities : The CTS at Turbonomic, an IBM company will:
• Act as a deep solution and technical subject matter expert for Application Resource Management / Application Performance Management / Observability opportunities and leverage your experience to make presales engagements successful
• Work with prospects and customers to prove the value of the Turbonomic solution and it’s relation to the AIOPS set of technologies
• Actively participate in development and progression of qualified opportunities for IBM Turbonomic /APM/Observability with the IBM Sales Team
• Demonstrate the Turbonomic offering at customer sites, remotely for customers, and at field events
• Drive effective Proofs of Concept with customers that showcase how IBM Turbonomic adds value to the clients' business
• Enable, support and work with the IBM Business Partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with other internal IBM teams to drive unmatched customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an understanding of the client’s industry, including industry trends, industry business processes.
• Collaborate with IBM sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Support customer technical escalations, on-site health checks, best practice sharing, designing solutions; and answer technical questions throughout the sales process in order to identify/progress/close sales and develop customer relationships.
