Euromedic Training International Ltd Company description Euromedic is one of the largest healthcare investors and operators through the private public partnership concept (PPP) in Europe.The company performs Diagnostics and Renal care services out of its 60 diagnostic and 40 dialysis centers in 14 European countries.Euromedic International is a Dutch holding company that employs over 3,000 medical professionals.Euromedic activities are divided into three divisions: Euromedic Diagnostics, International Dialysis and Euromedic Training.Euromedic Training supplies and trains medical staff and manages Teleradiology services.Job description A Clinical Education Co-ordinator working for GE Healthcare: Sales; Clinical Education for Nordic customers working with Diagnostic Imaging equipment.The Clinical Education coordinator will report to the Clinical Education Operations Manager Europe and work to provide support to the Clinical Education business and Clinical Education Specialists based in the Nordic region..Co-ordinate the day to day activity of the Regional Clinical Education Specialists .Closely liaise with OTR (Order to Remittance), Sales, Service to ensure all Clinical Education requests are included within the Resource Management process .Track all activity through the MUST system .Manage all logistics of customer classroom training (Doctor to Doctor classes) .Provide customer reception for above training .Manage all customer registration using telephone, email, written .Maintain records of attendance and performance statistics using PowerPoint, Excel, specific tools .Provide Telesales Support follow up direct with customer leads for the Education Business from the field Sales, Service, Clinical Education Specialists providing pricing and scheduling information .Create and track invoices either through MUST or specific tracking tools Qualification Educational level, High School with a few years' work experience of administrative support.Requested competence .Excellent administrative and organisational skills .Excellent communications skills with customers, face to face, telephone..Excellent systems knowledge and experience in the MUST structure .Strong PC skills - Powerpoint, Excel, Word .Essential to be able to work independently .Fluently in Swedish and an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English .Customer Service background .Some Sales or TeleSales experience is an advantage For this recruitment, Euromedic International is cooperating with Adecco Recruitment.Please apply through the local site, www.adecco.se, as the interview and selection process is ongoing, send your application as soon as it is ready - do not wait until just before the cut-off date.
