The IT Program Manager (Clinical)
The IT Program Manager (Clinical) would play a leadership role (providing both technical and subject matter expertise) across multiple Pharmaceutical Clinical Development IT projects. The role is also expected to have management responsibility for all onshore roles in the Clinical Development Application Development IT projects.

Main responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of IT application development projects in the clinical development project
* Provide subject matter expertise and technology oversight for projects. Support multiple projects to successful conclusion and provide technical oversight when required
* Responsible for all onshore operational decisions - E.g resource deployment , delivery supervision, SLA and operations oversight
* Contact point for the customer for initiation of new service orders and project work
* Be the first escalation point for issue resolution
* Provide guidance to onshore roles on delivery related questions and issues
* Develops charters, resource utilisation and project plans to achieve specific goals
* Review resource estimates for data management activity for allocated studies
* Coordinate activities of both onshore roles and offshore delivery
* Responsible for tracking the various activities using study reports/metrics

Preferred Experience:
* Atleast 8 years of technology experience (including experience of all stages of software development life cycle, project and program management)
* A degree in clinical /biological or mathematical sciences or computer science, with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in managing technology projects / programs for pharmaceutical companies
* Knowledge of clinical development process, GCP and data management process.
* Candidates with working Knowlege of CDISC standards like ODM and SDTM will be given preference
* Knowledge of Clinical Development technology landscape (like EDC, CTMS) will be an added advantage.
* Good organizational and project management skills, multi-tasking and demonstrated ability to delegate appropriately.
* Prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment will be an added advantage
* Good Communication skills.
* Spoken & Written English
* Swedish Language skills (spoken & written) or atleast have 2-3 experience working in Scandinavia in customer facing roles
