We are looking for a Clinical Project Associate to join our journey!
This role will give you an insight how the industry works, and you will be an important player with possibilities to make a difference. You will be a part of a great team with highly skilled employees and an atmosphere where we support each other.
We are looking for a team player with a problem solving and solution-oriented mindset. You have the drive and willingness to grow with us. You will be involved in different clinical projects where you will learn how to drive them from the start to finish.
In this role you will operate through internal and external cross functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders, experts, investigators, subcontractors, and authorities.
To be successful in this role you need to be comfortable working with multiple activities simultaneously and with deadlines.
The position is based in Gothenburg. The role will offer possibilities to travel.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, conduct, and closure of clinical projects, including development of Clinical Investigation Plans and Clinical Investigation Reports.
• Administrating documentation in clinical projects.
• Management of investigational products.
• Assist in operational aspects of assigned clinical investigations (e.g. CRO/site/lab selection, milestone reporting, meetings, resource allocation, enrolment, data consistency, investigation products).
• Review and maintenance of applicable standard operating procedures.
• Assist in vendor and site management (e.g. selection, training, monitoring, follow-up).
• Setting routines for administrative support and follow-up.
• Financial support and invoicing.
Qualifications and experience:
• Relevant (life science) education on at least MSc level.
• Preferably working experience in Clinical Project/Study Management in an international setting and with medical devices.
• Proven knowledge of clinical research methodology, GCP, and applicable regulations/laws.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer skills.
