Clinical Project Associate

We are looking for a Clinical Project Associate to join our journey!

In this role you will operate through internal and external cross functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders, experts, investigators, subcontractors, and authorities. To be successful in this role you need to be comfortable working with multiple activities simultaneously and to strict deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, conducting, and closure of clinical projects.
• Development of Clinical Investigation Plans and Clinical Investigation Reports.
• Management of documentation in clinical projects.
• Assist in operational aspects of assigned clinical investigations.
• Review and maintenance of applicable standard operating procedures.
• Assist in vendor and site management (e.g. selection, training, monitoring, follow-up).
• Setting routines for administrative support and follow-up.
• Management of investigational products.
• Financial support and invoicing.
Qualifications and experience:
• Relevant (life science) education on at least BSc level.
• Preferably hands on work experience in Clinical Project/Study Management.
• Proven knowledge of clinical research methodology, GCP, and applicable regulations/laws.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills.
