Job assignments

We are now looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join AMRAs growth journey. Your role is to manage projects within Clinical Trials, Academic Research and Health and Wellness, together with AMRA´s customers and colleagues. You will manage around 20 projects, in different phases, which gives you everyday challenges with various tasks, creating a stimulating work environment.

More specific work tasks:

• Starting up projects together with different customers
• Manage project teams
• Manage your project portfolio
• Drive for successful deliveries and project closing
• Contribute to the development of our processes
• Together with colleagues develop our offer and solution to the market

You will be an important part of the Operations department, based in Linköping. Operations are responsible for customers support, production and project management. You will join a group currently consisting of three Project managers. You report to the Director of Operations who is also a member of the management team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with relevant bachelor’s degree or higher applicable for our business within clinical trial or pharma, alternatively you need to have suitable working experience of project management in a technology driven area, preferably MedTech. We value if you have former experience within international and technical project management.

As a Clinical Project Manager, your responsibility is to make sure that the projects are following plan, you have regular interaction with customers and colleagues. These working tasks require that you have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are highly structured, ensuring accuracy on a detailed level, and you naturally take on the role as a leader.

As we collaborate with colleagues and customers all over the world you need to be fluent in both spoken and written English.
