McNeil AB is a leading pharmaceutical company that manufactures Nicorette products for the global market. We are hiring a Clinical Research Manager into Global Clinical Operations. Our team in Helsingborg is an integral part of the Johnson & Johnson Global Consumer Self Care organization.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Primarily accountable for the end to end performance and project management for assigned global clinical protocols (phase I-IV).
Independently plan, initiate and manage operational aspects of assigned global clinical trials in accordance with Johnson & Johnson standards and international regulations (GCP/ICH), including planning, sponsor oversight, budgets and timelines, leading key relationships and acting as liaison with internal stakeholders, external service providers, CROs and selected partners.
Act as clinical operations delegate in assigned project teams providing overall expertise, leading broad discussions and implement plans for global clinical programs and studies within these projects as well as within other defined initiatives.
Ensure effective external partnerships with selected vendors and partners as needed.
Effective communication with and influencing relevant stakeholders in and outside of organization.
Participation in global and/or inter-disciplinary work groups, task forces, teams and initiatives.
Advocating and implementing best practices and continuous improvements.
Support in building and maintaining a high-performing global team.

Experience And Proficiencies:
A minimum of a BS or a PharmD/MS degree in the field of Natural Science (required)
A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience within global clinical research operations (required)
Strong scientific and clinical research knowledge (required)
Having organizational and planning skills and independent decision-making ability
Proficient, written and spoken, in English (required)
