AMRA is a ground-breaking international digital health company at the forefront of medical imaging and precision medicine. The company has developed a new global standard in body composition assessment, the ability to automatically produce multiple fat and muscle biomarkers with unrivaled precision and accuracy, as well as contextual disease insights - all from a single whole-body MRI.

Job assignments
In your role as Clinical scientist with focus on neuromuscular disorders you will work within the Clinical science department with a focus on the neuromuscular disorders (NMD) side of AMRA’s technology.
The work involves:
Supporting customers in using AMRAs methods
Supporting business development with scientific expertise
Development and validation of new product concepts
Scientific project leader in customer projects including scientific consulting, writing of scientific papers and conference abstracts
Networking with KOLs in NMD research field
Scientific quality review of data and deliveries in customer projects
As clinical scientist you will work in a small multidisciplinary team of experts in various therapeutic areas. You will have the possibility to grow within this role and take on more independent customer facing responsibilities over time.
The majority of the clinical science department is located in Linköping, Sweden. However, this position is not required to be based in Linköping as we are open to distance working. Travelling expectations are up to 5 days a month.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with an MR-physics background in clinical research with PhD or similar, alternatively we are looking for a candidate with medical background and extensive research experience within the neuromuscular area. Experience in musculoskeletal research and strong anatomical knowledge is an advantage as well as a good track record in writing scientific papers. As we collaborate with colleagues and customers all over the world you need to be fluent in both spoken and written English.
In this role you need to be able to work independently as well as collaborate well while maintaining a realistic perspective on complex situations. You are driven, organized and prioritize your work effectively to stay focused on the right things to achieve longer term goals.
