The role of a Clinical Transformation Specialist in the Platform24 team.
You will in this role support our customers in getting the most out of our platform, by working closely with the customer organization and helping them transform their ways of working to gain the full benefits of the digital tools implemented.

You will work closely with the project manager responsible for the implementation project and contribute in the different phases of the implementation - analyzing the customer’s current situation and needs, designing a technical solution, and new ways of working and supporting the customer in the adoption of new tools and routines.

You will come in at a time when we are building our capabilities in this field, so you will have large opportunities to shape the role.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Clinical experience. You have worked 4+ years as a medical doctor, preferably in primary care. You have experience of being involved in process improvement and driving change from within the organization. Experience from working with digital healthcare is valuable merit.
- Personal impact. You are a natural leader and easily build trust with colleagues and customers. Your job will be to challenge and change people’s existing ways of working. To be successful in the role you need to combine listening skills with the ability to communicate and get buy-in for your agenda.
- Passion for healthcare and to improve its efficiency, quality, and accessibility
- Tech interest. You are curious about digitalization and see it as an opportunity to improve efficiency, quality, and accessibility within healthcare.
- Drive. We are out to revolutionize the health care system, so we keep a high pace and talk about action plans in terms of days and weeks more often than months and years. You get things done, rather than talk about it and you don’t hesitate to take on the different types of tasks required to get the job done.
- Problem-solving skills. You’re analytical and used to working with quantitative data, making data-driven decisions.
- Language. Fluency in Swedish & English, written and spoken, is required
