Clinical Trial Administrator

The Life Science team within Technogarden is growing and currently we are looking for a person who can support one of our clients who needs a solution-oriented and quality driven Clinical Trial Administrator.

The Job

Your task is to provide administrative support to the clinical project teams in accordance with ICH GCP, the SOP`s of the company in question and according to local regulations.

- you will be a valued member of the clinical trial team with the goal to contribute towards efficient management of clinical trials.

- carry out monitoring of the TMF (Trial Master File)

- preparing essential clinical trial documents

- supporting ethics, regulatory and other submissions

- maintaining internal tracking documents within clinical

- tracking, distributing and archiving documents

- Managing defined sub-tasks as needed and applicable, e.g trial supplies coordination, contract review coordination e t c.

Your qualifications

You probably have a background as a BSc or Msc within any Life Science/Health Science as a registered nurse or similar. Further, you have previous clinical research experience within pharma/biotech of a CRO or Sponsor for at least 5 years. To succeed in this position you also need to have:

- excellent administrative skills

- you have good computer skills, including word-processing and excel

- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- You have a solution-oriented mindset.

- You are flexible and quality driven.

- You are in possession of project management skills.
