What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Nordics Services Business Developer for our Cloud and Services providers customers, who is ready to take the next step in his/her career. In this Nordics Services Business Representative - Cloud and Services providers position, you will be responsible for working in the Nordics and Baltics Field Services team to identify, develop and close new business opportunities for our services added value to data center customers.
You’ll be focusing on key customers and drive complex deals and multi-site opportunities. You’ll be ensuring team accountability for the promotion and sales of a broad range of technical and digital services including the start-up, maintenance, testing, consulting, modernization, and digital Services of equipment installed at the customer’s site.
The primary areas of customer focus are with Strategic Accounts (SAs), Multi-Country Target Accounts (MCTAs), and Country Target Accounts (TA) that are emerging in the Nordics and Baltics zone. The Cloud Services business developer will also be working with country teams to support them in the execution of our Marketing and Sales initiative to improve our customer intimacy and satisfaction. The goal is to deploy all sales actions and to maximize the Services business done with our Cloud customers.
Your responsibilities:
Direct accounts and business responsibility:
• Develop direct sales relationships with most critical Cloud and Services Providers customers in coordination with C&SP Regional leadership and specific C&SP Account Managers (SAE/RAM/KAM) and Country Sales teams
• Lead direct opportunities with the support of the Tendering and Operations teams and deliver professional and compliant offers (Delegation, Escalation, Legal, etc.)
• Apply market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences
• Make annual evaluation of customer profile to ensure focus is on highest value customers for Services
Develop and lead Services business for our Cloud and Services providers in the zone:
• Act as Voice of Customer (VoC) to bring segment and customer needs to Services LoBs. Brings competitive insight
• Use account management skills and tools to identify and build strong relationships with Decision Makers, Influencers and Executives at assigned customers. Uses relationships to drive preference for Schneider Services.
• Increase the stickiness of Schneider services with customers by promoting and selling to all offer
+ Educates customers on all SE products and services with special attention on recurring and digital offers
+ Cross selling of Field Service portfolio – Power, Secure Power & Cooling, Digital Energy, Industry
+ Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery...)
• Develop and Monitor annual Cloud and Services providers – Services business plan, report field service performance successes and challenges
• Leverage all Schneider Electric support to grow the Services business (local, global, Inside Service Sales Representatives, BU account managers, Global Operations, GFS, etc.)
• To develop, directly and through network, a qualified pipeline of opportunities, and then drives to convert into Service business orders. Manages the BFO dashboards and related Tableau reports
• Feed the Field Services Marketing leaders with Offers feedback and needs
• You are enthusiastic developer who can easily adopt new tasks and carry responsibility ? You are sales oriented and customer satisfaction and success drives you in your work ?
