Cloud Business Analyst

- Help me. To be honest, I don´t know what I´m searching for here. But I do know that I and many more are missing the bigger picture when it comes to what business value cloud can bring to a company like Swedbank.
- Help us as a bank to understand the bigger picture when it comes to Cloud technology and the real business value Cloud brings. My gut feeling is that many of us might understand 25% of the real value that comes with the transformation that Cloud technology enables. And that 25% is the easy part to understand…. We need help with the other 75% that we don´t see or understand yet.
- Explain why Cloud is a critical enabler of advanced digital technologies that accelerate innovation, greater efficiency and provides totally new business models.
- Show us that Cloud enables and simplifies new ways of working that we still struggle to understand, because we can only understand it when we have the possibility to actually practice it for real. We don´t get that insight with another agile workshop done in the same silos that have been there for 200 years.
- Visualize the value of attraction when the best talents will stand in queue to come here and work with us because we run the latest and coolest data-intelligence services on the market for example…
- Visualize and explain the value of all this to an executive audience, to business owners and to DevOps teams. We need to help our business to build world class business case and with that drive our digital transformation forward.
- Be a part of our newly established Cloud Center of Excellence, where all the cloud initiatives will go thru. Helping the team and business units to analyze, define, develop, automate relevant metrics and dashboards to support decision-making for stakeholders.
- Work tight with all business units to enable and help them to utilize the cloud in the best way for their needs. In summary, we are not after a person that just run some pricing/cost calculator tool for us, we are after the person that even Elon Musk would be impressed by. Then you get the point!


What is needed in this role:
- You need to have 40 years’ experience of Cloud technology (Azure, AWS, GCP and SpaceX Cloud).
- You need to have at least 4 PhD´s in the business and tech area.
- And you need to support Liverpool Football Club. And drive a red car…


Or,

- It would be great to see that you have a proper education in this area.
- That you have the skill and knowledge to collect, analyze and visualize data to support business decisions. Be able to use the latest tools and techniques to be able to visualize and explain things on all different levels.
- Fluent English in: speaking, writing, reading, thinking and singing.
- This role will be a kind of a “Zlatan” role, you will kind of do it your way, so you need to be driven and self going.
- The “never give up” gen most be strong in you, you will run in to walls here and there… But guess what, we will be there and help you get up on your feet's again, and then we will have another go… and that we will do until we succeed.
