Cloud Center of Excellence Manager

We are now hiring the next Cloud Center of Excellence Manager (CCoE) to Husqvarna Group. In this position you will be responsible for developing and maintaining smart cloud solutions for a world-leading company within gardening products. The CCoE Manager is a part of the infrastructure organization and an important part of Husqvarna Group. The Cloud Center of Excellence is a corporate group that lead other employees and the organization as a whole in the cloud adoption migration and operation.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a CCoE-manager you will hold a key postion in upcoming cloud development at Husqvarna Group. Together with you team you will lead Husqvarna Group to a modern and leading Cloud organization. You will manage a team of 6-7 persons, consultants included and you will have both financial and personell responsibilities for the team. 

You will work as a SPOC regarding internal and external cloud related issues. Furher tasks and responsibilities could be: Evolving the Cloud Architecture and launch new capabilites
Maintain and develop new capabilities regarding the Cloud Service Catalog
Continiously evaluating differentiated vendor offerings
Cloud Vendor and Partner Governance
You will also be the owner of Husqvarna Groups Cloud strategy as well as finding, train and manage new talents to your team. 

You will be a part of three global managers in the Cloud/infrastructure management group and you report to the Director of Infrastructure.

Your profile

You hold a BSC or MSC Degree in relavant area and you have long experience in cloud related questions preferably from an international company. You holds great knowledge in public clouds and the architecture that they can provide. As a CCoE-Manager you will work close to Cloud Enterprise group, Cloud Developers as well as more business related functions within Husqvarna Group. 

You have experience in succeful leading and manage teams from previouos work and working close and manage extarnal suppliers. 

As a person you are a good communicator who sees the whole picture and you are able to handle the interaction needed to provide the best service. One of the keys to be a successful CCoE - Manager is being creative, self-motivated and holds a natural drive to learn new things and pick up new challages.
