We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Cloud & Connectivity DevOps Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
The organisation is putting together a team to support our Connected Car Platform Delivery.
You will be a member of the newly formed team and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a rapidly expanding organisation

We are currently seeking a Cloud & Connectivity Supporter with relevant experience, competence in the area of Cloud DevOps with strong work ethic as a team player




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The following competency perquisites are required by the candidate:
Assist the 1st line customer engagement centre with 2nd line support.
Organize issues (keep track of them, drive them, evaluate them, troubleshoot them, and take appropriate action).
Categorise, prioritise, and double-check.
Within the team, the organisation, and with others, coordination and communication are essential.
Assistance from suppliers using various development, testing, automation, and IT tools infrastructure
Creating the necessary tools and infrastructure
Have the ability to review, verify, and validate software code on a technical level.
Techniques for troubleshooting and resolving code bugs
The system's dependability, maintainability, and operation
Planning for capacity
MTTD/MTTR (mean time to detection/recovery) should be improved through systematic monitoring.
Wherever possible, encourage and build automated processes.
Management of incidents and root cause analysis
Within the team and with suppliers, coordination and communication are essential.
Choosing and deploying the right CI/CD tools
Strive for continuous improvement and create a CI/CD pipeline (continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment).
KPIs for cloud performance monitoring and measurement.
Continuously perform vulnerability assessment and risk management to assist the cybersecurity team in identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures.

An on-call schedule will be included in the delivery.
As required by labour law, work may include overtime.
