Our Exciting Opportunity
SA Packet Core sales support is a unit in BDGS that is central in the ongoing 5G Core business. Our team is divided into customer engagement, sales readiness and tender management. Our mission is to enable.
We are now looking for a Cloud Core Sales Support manager to join us and to shoulder the responsibility of Competitive Intelligence (CI). You will lead a virtual team with representatives from each MA, BDGS and PDU that will focus on analyzing our competitors moves and portfolios. The output is meant to feed the sales force and relevant leaders in our organization with both insights and argumentation over competition, ensuring all partners are well informed for efficient decision making and performance in front of customer.
The role requires building up a strong contact network both in BA and MA, hence we’re looking for someone who is strong in networking. You will also be responsible for defining and improving the CI team’s way of working. This is a high-profile role that will lead to plenty of exposure, e.g. it is encouraged that you will constantly share insights and receive questions from both SA head and BA head.
You will,
Responsible for Competitive Intelligence in SA Packet Core
Own the DGS SA PC Competitive Intelligence team
Own the tactical competitor analyses work and documentation of the same
Lead CI sharing sessions towards various partners and communities across BA and MA
Develop and refine the ways of working within the CI team
Collaborate with CI partners in other parts of BDGS and Ericsson
To be successful in the role you are
Competitive minded – naturally interested in competition and their doings
Objective and not take the stance of either side - Ericsson or the competitor
Strong experience from presales and sales and customer fronting
Experience from analysis work
Developed in message creation and slide design
You should have interest in both the technical and commercial domains
You should be a strong networker and collaborator with others
