Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company that supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. We're looking for a Swedish-speaking customer-facing Customer Lifecycle Manager to execute the engagement and drive partner hand-off, provide initial face/voice to the customer, and drive sales.


Position: Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager

Location: Málaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the first and main contact point for Cloud technology customers - small and medium businesses
Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers
Contact 200 leads and create 30 opportunities per month; maintain high daily activity, minimum ~60-90 activities/day

Determine customers' needs and identify opportunities, deliver a strong first impression, and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships by delivering a world-class customer engagement experience
Quarterback sales from lead to purchase, leading the sales strategy, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by applying relevant criteria, e.g., BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline)

Forecast sales, pipeline, and usage of the products and solutions in scope
Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of customer."


REQUIREMENTS:

Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Swedish (verbal and written)
2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success is required
Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience required and general knowledge of the IT industry
High school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree would be an advantage
Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs

Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage
Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps would be an advantage
Ability to work independently - drives own personal performance, takes ownership of training and skill enhancement, seeks continuous quality improvement
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone (cold calling and established relationship), email, video, and presentations

Achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration
Solid time management skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications, Windows OS, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system(s) such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc
Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
