Job description
Sigma Connectivity Engineering has an opening for an experienced DevOps Engineer who will help develop and support a IaaS (lnfrastructure-as-a-Service) platform used for building development environments on our customer's operations and R&D team.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have previous experience in a senior or lead DevOps role, preferably at a larger process-oriented company. Previous work in security operations will be a major plus as well.

Basic qualifications
Ideal candidates should have the following skills and experience:
Linux (e.g. Debian/Ubuntu and/or Fedora/CentOS/RHEL)
Scripting experience (e.g. Bourne Shell, BASH)
OpenStack - understanding of structure and operation
Ansible - experience working with CLI and YAML; ability to create/maintain Playbooks
Python - able to program, debug and customize Python scripts for automation
Monitoring (e.g. Prometheus) – and ability to work with alarm levels, statistics and reports.
Vulnerability Scanning - Use, configure and maintain functions for analyzing vulnerabilities and assessing risk levels and being able to prioritize measures for risk minimization.
Compliance - experience working with process, policy and control documents as well as follow-up and measurement according to industry standards
Risk analysis – ability to carry out risk analysis various systems
Log management (ELK or EFK) – ability to set up, configure and maintain. Able to work with log levels, statistics and reports

OS Virtualization (KVM) – able to build, install, configure, support and upgrade
SIEM and/or SOAR software
SDN – Understand concepts and how this interacts with other layers and components
Terraform – Infrastructure as Code as a concept and use with Terraform
PKI - Use and understand Certificate Management (X.509), certificate templates, CRLs and CA roles
