Aurobay is looking for a Cloud Engineer. Do you want to be the one to build the foundation and be a part of Aurobay’s Cloud first strategi based on Microsoft Enterprise Scale in Azure. You will be key to implement our setup in Azure and needed services based on polices and IaC. You will also be a key enabler for our organization with Cloud adoption moving from legacy to cloud.

What will you do?

As a Cloud Engineer you will design and automate our cloud service platform in Azure. You will be key to implement our setup with needed services based on polices and IaC. We will use practices such as DevSecOps, GitOps, Infrastructure as code, DataOps, FinOps and the like utilizing Automation tools such as Terraform and Powershell.

- You will also be a key enabler for our organization with Cloud adoption both for green field as well as for legacy application

- The team is a cross-functional agile team with a high degree of self-organization and together with your teammates you are expected to take on diverse tasks from development to architecture, system integration and testing in the cloud using IaC.

Do you fit the profile?

You have a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering or similar.

- Engineering background incl DevSecOps
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Scale and IaC
- Operating global distributed solutions
- IT Security background
- You have a strong background in designing, developing, testing, deploying, operating and maintaining Azure cloud-based infrastructure and managing individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience building and understanding Azure cloud solutions.
- Automation tools such as Terraform, Powershell
- We will also be able to provide a learning path in Azure and a free certification.
- Experience of DevSecOps
- Solid understanding of basic systems operations (disk, network, operating systems, etc.)
- We’re looking for a cooperative self-starter who’s able to work effectively in teams. You’re un-prestigious, helpful and listening. You solve problems logically, in a structured manner. Collaboration is key.
