About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Developer to join our team! Our unit provides a secure cloud and development environment, offering modern on-demand services to help Ericsson Development Unit Networks (DNEW) scale and grow.
The team is responsible to craft, develop and maintain our cloud-based development and test environment. We make sure security standards are followed and that user expectations on performance and availability exceeds expectations. Collaborating across the organization and striving for improvements are important factors for reaching our vision to improve everyday life for our developers!

What you will do
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure services for Ericsson developers.
Support and troubleshoot Openstack functionality like SRIOV, DPDK etc and underlying infrastructure issues related to onboarded application.
Operate and support scalable, redundant environments.
Improve existing infrastructure by incorporating the newest technology, adapt to standardized methodology practices and cross application integrations.
Have day-to-day collaboration with developers and QA teams, in order to influence design and architect solutions in the multitiered environments.
Collaborate with data center network and firewall teams for troubleshooting of cloud switches related network and firewall issues.
Contribute to craft and roll out a modern monitoring and alerting system using Openstack monitoring tools.
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
Work with continuous improvements of products, services and processes.
You will bring
Automation skills (by using e.g. Python, Bash, or other comparable scripting language).
At least 4 years’ experience with Linux administration and optimization.
At least 2 years’ hands-on experience with Openstack, OpenShift or Kubernetes development and troubleshooting.
A minimum of 6 months experience with container environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
Installation and administrator experience In Openstack Platforms e.g. Ericsson Cloud Execution environment (CEE), RHOSP, RDO or similar. Hands-on experience in Networking (TCP/UDP, ICMP, and DNS, etc.), OSI Layers, infrastructure services, and security.
Hands on experience with HW (e.g., Physical installations, Cabling plan and type, HW upgrades etc.)
Experience in multi-node cluster environment.
