Job Description
We are in search of an exceptional Cloud Infrastructure Architect with a profound mastery of Azure Platform Services and a solid understanding of Google Cloud. This pivotal role is centered around our organization's core platform, where you will be tasked with architecting, developing, and maintaining foundational landing zones.
As a Domain Architect at H&M Group, you'll execute our multi-cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs. Your primary goal is to craft a resilient infrastructure that aligns with the organizational strategy, placing a strong emphasis on scalability and consistency across the entire cloud and datacenter landscape. Rather than concentrating solely on individual projects, you will be instrumental in creating an infrastructure that seamlessly integrates with our overarching goals.
Responsibilities:
Execute the multi-cloud strategy, ensuring the platform strategy supports business requirements
Optimize communication patterns and efficiency across the cloud and data center domain
Enhance interconnectivity between Azure and GCP, aligning priorities and establishing effective communication patterns
Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable solutions for H&M Group brands
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud and data center domains
Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions



Qualifications
Strong expertise in Azure Cloud (ideally with a Microsoft certification of AZ-305 or an equivalent).
Experience with Google Cloud
Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines and tools
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools
Experience working with Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and Architecture Frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
Proven track record in architecting enterprise-level cloud and datacenter solutions at scale with a platform-oriented focus (including cloud security, networking)
