YOUR WORKDAY

Cloud Infrastructure development is your game! You will design and develop robust and highly automated infrastructure in an AWS environment at Edgeware. This you will be doing this with five great colleagues from different parts of the globe, specialists in DevOps and Cloud infrastructure engineering.

The team works with SaaS solutions, both building new, and developing existing applications. The main application at the moment is StreamPilot, a session control platform that will greatly improve the end user´s Quality of Experience. An application that will be part of the continued streaming revolution, worldwide.

AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure will be kept running at all times by you and you team, as well as evolving our GitOps driven infrastructure. Your toolbox will consist of Python, Boto3, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Prometheus, AlertManager & Opsgenie. You will both build and maintain infrastructure yourself, but when needed you will also take a technical lead role. So, if you want, your impact in Edgeware can be large!

You will have access to nice offices, close to T-Centralen, with an international collegial environment and you will receive a thorough intro and an individual development plan when you start. WHO ARE YOU?

Python, C++ or other scripting language suitable for automation applications is a passion of yours, and something that you have experience from. Preferably you have experience from AWS, experience from GCP, Azure or other Cloud is also valued. You have also been working with Docker and container orchestration, via Kubernetes. CI/CD pipelines, preferably via Jenkins, are comfortable for you.

Meriting competences are experience of DevOps team work, Infrastructure as Code, best-practice experience of an always-up, always-available service and of course interest and experience from other streaming enterprises!
