About this opportunity
The Cloud Native Customer Journey team is now looking for a mini-journey leader. The mission of the team is to build the best possible customer experience and improve Ericsson's operation excellence by digitalizing the full E2E customer journey from sales to delivery and LCM. The first mini-journey in this is called Select-to-Order. It covers all the steps from the customer issuing RFP to the customer sending a purchase order. The second mini-journey Install-to-Accept covers the delivery phase. The third mini journey is Life Cycle Management.
The customer journey team is doing business analysis and services design on this flow and turning that into a development roadmap. This roadmap is realized in collaboration with the digital capabilities development teams.
We are now expanding our team to focus also on Install-to-Accept and Life Cycle Management mini journeys.
Mini journeys are project teams. The first assignment for you will be in the Cloud Native Customer Journey, and later there will be other mini journeys to lead.
What you will do
Lead the mini journey team to design the wanted customer journey
Design the journey with underlying capabilities, business processes, and data requirements with pilot users
Create and own roadmap as well as backlog. Being accountable for roadmap commitments
Lead the development work in sprints and help the team to deliver on the committed sprint and quarterly plans
Steer work according to jointly set OKRs and business cases. Being accountable for OKRs and business case
Collaborate with the stakeholders in Business Areas and Market Areas
Collaborate with the lead Customer Units for design validation and piloting
Collaborate with the capability teams that develop the concrete capabilities
Plan and secure adoption of the new business flow, tools, and methods
Be the spokesperson for the mini journey
Contribute to the customer journey-level discussions and planning
You will bring
Customer / end-user focus
Leadership skills on cross-functional teams
Change leadership experience
Result oriented with a track record of delivering results
Experience in digitalization or other transformation initiatives
Wide understanding of how Ericsson operates
Experience in Business Area or Market Area is seen as an advantage
