Cloud Operations Manager

The Manager of Cloud Operations leads the team of Cloud Operations Engineers in delivering Calabrio's SaaS offerings world-wide in a reliable, resilient, and secure manner. We are looking for a hands-on leader to continuously improve operations, development of the team, participate in work definition and intake, and maintain a view of cost and performance of the service.
You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Management, and R&D, and champion the needs of your organization to deliver great customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
Lead, in partnership with Development, Product, Support, Security, and other departments, the Cloud Operations team in providing Calabrio's software-as-a-service offerings.
Maintain highly available, reliable, resilient, and secure services world-wide.
Manage day-to-day interactions with vendors and partners to provide production services.
Manage deployments of all service and software updates and fixes.
Promote the cultural change from standard software deployment and systems administration toward true DevOps, CI/CD, and rapid delivery of services.
Lead prioritization of day-to-day teamwork backlog with a view toward lean concepts.
Manage incident response and service restoration.
Maintain secure and compliant environments as defined by FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and others.
Regularly communicate and present status and growth of all production environments.
Foster a learning culture through continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
Manage the team budget.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required, technology and/or management discipline preferred.
5+ years managing operations-focused teams.
5+ years' experience with Agile/DevOps/CI/CD processes and cultures.
Demonstrated experience in team growth and transformation.
Functional understanding of Amazon Web Services (Microsoft Azure a possible substitute).
Technical experience with infrastructure as code, systems scripting, and/or public cloud services a plus.
Experience in working on or managing global projects with diverse locations and cultures a plus.
