Cloud Ops Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Cloud Ops Engineer who is experienced in cloud-based software and systems to meet client's needs.

What you'll do:
● Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service.
● Support multiple aspects of hosting environments while working towards being a lead expert in areas.
● Provide effective communication of projects and tasks to the Operations team and stakeholders in other departments.
● Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including deployments of production and OS updates as needed.
● Responsible to develop open-source solutions or coding and could involve publishing in the open-source community.
Who you are:
● Good Knowledge of setup/provisioning of server environments in support of application purposes.
● Have experience in deployment and use of both SNMP-based (OpenNMS) and agent-based (Nagios/Icinga) alerting/monitoring tools.
● Proven experience with automation and/or scripting language (PowerShell preferred).
● Regularly works across teams to build a culture for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
