About the role
The demand for our solutions is growing fast and the number of customers around the world is increasing quickly, which makes our Customer Success function important for of strong and our long-term customer relations. The goal is to create a professional and positive customer experience. As part of our Customer Success organization, you will support our customers through all phases following the delivery of our deployment projects, from initial discussions to the acceptance and support activities.

As our Customer Success Engineer, you will take full ownership of product rollouts regarding customer installations and reported issues. You will be working with standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. You will work closely with the product engineering department, product owner team, internal stakeholders, and external dependencies.
The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and help our customers install applications to accomplish value proposition.

Ultimately, you will be a person that our customers trust and turn to for advice and support. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems as well as roll-out obstacles. We believe that you are a customer focused person with a good understanding and qualification of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Knowledge about mining applications and methods is a pre-requisite, and we expect you to travel to international customer sites to perform these activities.
