Position Summary
As a Cloud Solutions Architect for Azure, you will belong to a Nordic team of technology experts and certified cloud solution architects responsible for supporting the Nordic countries and partners in designs, architectures and technical enablement. They combine a deep understanding of cloud technology, applications and architectural patterns to meet customers’ needs.


Responsibilities and tasks:
Engage with partners translating business requirements into appropriate Azure technical services and solutions
Collaborate with other Nordic sales and pre-sales teams to drive business results, enhance win rates and better customer propositions
Present and articulate features and benefits of Azure technology solution to business and technical partners as well as Cx level
Create and deliver presentations, customized demonstrations, seminars and workshops to partners
Design, plan and deliver Azure Services Demonstrations and Proofs of Concept
Become the technical solution expert for a designated Azure technology area
Maintain up to date Microsoft Azure certifications as continuous development of expertise



Position Requirements:
We are looking for a person with 3-5 years of experience in IT market with solid experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, who understands customers’ issues in the software infrastructure space and designs solutions that match the evolving market needs. We are also looking for you who hold a deep competence in all the technologies typically involved in a modern architecture for the digital transformation and roadmap to cloud.
To be successful in this role, you need to be self-motivated, results-oriented and have a proactive attitude. We believe you have an innovative and analytical way of thinking and have a positive way of encountering complexed situations.
You are keen on building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders and you have a natural way of communicating both verbally and in writing in both English and a Nordic language. We are looking for a Team player, since you will be working with a happy, positive and helpful team.

Skills required:
Knowledge and background in enterprise scale infrastructure architecture, data architecture, middleware architecture, cloud architecture (IaaS & PaaS), and specific Azure services and technology is strongly preferred
Background from pre-sales, inside sales or other experience working in the IT industry as Technical Architect, Solution Architect or Engineer
Thorough understanding of infrastructure (hypervisor, storage, monitoring, security etc.) and experience with orchestration to develop a cloud solution
Background within architecture, implementation and delivery of large‐scale hardware and software systems in real-world situations (Lift & Shift, Cloud Native Development, Cloud Security, Hybrid Cloud integration)
Significant C-level presentation experience
Azure Administrator or Expert level certifications
English and any Nordic language



Others meritorious requirements:
Knowledge of different Public Cloud Providers stack
Experience on application development - WebApps, CD/CI/Devops
Experience on PowerCLI / Powershell /Automation capabilities
