Cloud Support Executive

Aura Cloud is a class leading cloud platform for financial institutions to launch and run their business at light-speed. Our platform is at the center of our customers’ digitisation path and business critical.
We provide 24/7 platforms for critical core financial applications that require a very high degree of quality and stability of the platform. Our current market is focused on Northern Europe with plans to expand into other geographies. Our office in Stockholm is the hub for first level support for our growing base of customers.
As a Cloud Support Executive, your focus will be to maintain and support our Cloud Platform; this is an entry level position.
You will:
Monitor and respond to support requests.
Monitor and maintain the cloud infrastructure and network
Respond to the alerts and provide solutions.
Collaborate with second level support for resolution of support tickets.
Support our delivery team with relevant data fees towards solution
Collaborate with offshore technical team.
Assist in on-boarding of new clients
Release Management and service level management.



Your skills / abilities:
3 to 12 months experience in IT management.
Good communication skills - verbal and written in English
Basic knowledge of Unix and windows operating system.
Knowledge on AWS services (VPC, EC2, EFS, ELB, RDS,VPN)
Basic knowledge in postgres database with SQL skills.
Knowledge on software release management.
AWS Solution Architect or Associate certification will be an added advantage.
