Cloud System Engineer

We are now looking for you with a passion for automation and ability to help us build our “hands-off” operations department.  

 

What you´ll do 

Within our tribe we are close to 200 Developers, Solution Architects and Testers dedicated to build and operate our web, apps and our supporting back-end services. As a Cloud System Engineer, you will be part of the Operational Readiness team, on a mission to create observability, pro-active incident resolution and over all a world class developer experience.  

 

The team consists of DevOps experts who are specialized in building tools, CI/CD pipelines and system operations on cloud infrastructure and general operations experts. You will run and maintain our Elastic Stack as well as set it up to work with trend analysis and anomaly detection.

 

Who are you? 

We believe you have a background as a developer and working with scripting. We also believe you have a minimum of two years of experience of running applications in AWS. You are passionate about automatization and know how to provide application administrative support for large scale software teams. We also believe you have good communication skills and a lean agile mindset and enjoy being part of shaping our operations team.  

  

We think you have experience of the following: 
* Hands on experience managing systems in AWS 
* Working experience of application performance monitoring 
* Experience in Elastic Stack
* Design, build and implement complex cloud products and services 
* Experience within cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation/Terraform 
* Linux/RHEL administration 
* Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management – process (nice to have)
