What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work in the Global People Capabilities cluster. You will be part of the product area Corporate Worklife focusing on enabling a great worklife for Volvo Cars employees and consultants, located in the Digital Core unit. The teams you will work with tools developed for e.g. recruitment, onboarding, time, pay, facility and performance, and reward.
At Corporate Worklife, you find outstanding opportunities to develop your skills and grow as a professional. In close collaboration with colleagues in other business units around the world, you and your team create digital tools that support the employee experience. 
What you’ll do:
You will, together with the Product Manager, Product Owners, People Experience team, and other Business Analysts, drive the research, implementation, and evaluation of people tools. You will support the establishment of strategies for achieving desired future business state (e.g. through innovation, trend spotting, market analysis, product or portfolio planning), but also provide support in understanding and identifying the business needs/benefit and value of activities.
You will have multiple stakeholders internally and need to be able to handle people on different levels. Often, you will be the cluster’s first point of contact with stakeholders internally and will be handling incoming requests to the team
Who you are:
We are looking for you who have deep technical area knowledge within digital People tools and experience with different People tools platforms & suppliers.  It’s natural for you to facilitate workshops with stakeholders for business needs, analysis, and backlog creation.  You have an excellent ability to pinpoint value creating activities connected towards a vision and experience from managing talent processes and initiatives in complex business environments and multi -national organizations. 
You possess the ability to achieve great results on complex activities with a holistic responsibility, including the capability to divide, delegate and supervise smaller assignments, moreover, you have analytical skills or the ability to visualize and conceptualize gathered information and data in a structured way. We see you have the capability to identify key aspects, and the capacity to get a holistic viewpoint and understand the included parts and their relationship.
As a person, we see you are an enthusiastic and motivated people person that is willing to learn. You are a true collaborator, with facilitation skills to ensure involvement and engage both stakeholders and team members to create ownership and gain results. With effective communication and proficient ability in solving conflicts, you develop trust among stakeholders. You are willing to learn and grow in your role. Also, you’re a true problem solver.
By showing integrity and empathy, you’re being considerate of all parties’ interests and objectives. But you can also question and dare to take on a discussion and bring your perspective.   Also, it’s very important that you have the ability to speak up, present your own ideas and take initiatives.  And of course, you are self-motivated and have a strong action-oriented mindset. It is important that you bring a holistic and structured approach to support the product team.  You are very good at communication, have good interpersonal skills, and are able to converse at a senior management level.  Last but not least, you feel comfortable working in an ever-changing organization.
