The System Issue Management is a team within Quality and Technical Support in Tetra Pak Services Cluster Europe and Central Asia. We are cluster owners of the Product Life Cycle (PLC) process that aims at capturing customers technical issues, contain the issues and find permanent solutions for long-term eradication of the issues. We focus on supporting quick issue resolution, high data quality and quick customer compensations for claims.
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a group of System Issue Analysts and Resolution leaders in their daily work within the PLC process.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund in Sweden or Rubiera in Italy.
The job will require approximately 20% travelling.
What you will do
As a Team Leader, you manage part of a Technical Support function. You ensure that we provide our customers with a high quality of services and that all technical issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way both for the customer and Tetra Pak. You work in close cooperation with your team, internal stakeholders and customers. You will also drive continuous improvements and operational excellence in terms of efficiency and quality.
You will focus on
Work proactively with analysis, decisions and actions
Manage the team in terms of daily operation and people management
Drive and participate in continuous improvement of our processes, tools and data
Who you are
You are a well-structured person with a strong drive for results with the ability to work independently as well as in team. You have an analytical mindset and can find common solutions. Of course, you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships, as the work includes close contacts with internal stakeholders and colleagues cross-function within Tetra Pak (Sales teams, Field Service operations, Quality & Technical Support, other clusters, central organisations through Product Life Cycle team, Global System Issue Analyst team etc. You are an experienced people manager with a positive and inspiring approach, motivating and coaching is something you enjoy.
You have a University degree or other relevant education. Furthermore, it is beneficial if you have technical knowledge within the area of food manufacturing. Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies as well as experience in data analysis is a strong merit. A very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must.
