Purpose of the job
The cluster consist of Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Russia. The Cluster Performance Manager is leading the planning, implementation, and governance of the NORR Engineering & Field Operations performance improvement programmes. The Cluster Performance Manager is also supporting the relevant solution domains, in collaboration with the Cluster Quality Manager, in the performance improvement actions (including, for example, the definition of KPIs and monthly performance reviews).
Key responsibilities
Planning & Definition
Ensure relevant KPIs are planned and defined for:
Workload
Cost
Operational performance (in-service)
Delivery performance
Process performance
Setup reporting and governance structure
Establish performance planning (short/medium/long term).
Establish training programme.
Support budgeting and overall engineering and field operations planning.

Implementation & Support
Ensure implementation as per agreed roadmaps and plans.
Support the various solution domains in the implementation of the KPIs, as well as reporting and governance structure.

Reporting & Governance
Participate and ensure proper preparation of reports/data for:
Performance reviews
Gate reviews
Functional reviews
Contribute to engineering and field operations regular reports


Qualifications & Functional Knowledge
Master or Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
5 years or more experience in Project Management related field
Experiences in Procurement and Controlling
Experience in Railway/Construction/Automotive industry
Advanced Planning knowledge
Empathic and Good team leadership spirit in multi-cultural environment
Solves complex problems; analyses possible solutions using tools, data, experience, and judgment
Interviewing, Listening, Analysis, Writing, Presentation, Concise, Interpersonal communication
Initiatives, self-motivated, curious and speed learning
Strong focus on finding solutions
Demonstrates sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
Agile in MS OFFICE & 365 environment, Oracle Primavera system and ERP Systems
Strong communication skills in English
Process oriented
