You will be part of the Business Unit Grid Integration, located in Västerås. Grid and Power Quality Solutions (GPQS) technologies provide more power and control in existing AC as well as green-field networks and have minimal environmental impact. Your responsibilities
Improve the predictability and operational performance of the OU by monitoring progress achieved, providing analysis and support ensuring on time delivery
Deliver improved visibility on key project performance indicators, advising on action plans and commercial strategies to reduce the level of margin slippage on Projects
Manage and closely monitor the cash flow and take action to improve Net Working Capital
Ensure risk management processes are consistently implemented across the OU is the most up to date process and procedures are adopted
Lead cross-functional initiatives that support the development of the strategic goals particularly in tendering and project controlling.
Lead, provide guidance and facilitate best practice sharing between Project Controllers to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices
Establish and oversee processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information
Ensure in conjunction with the Project Controllers that the OU is organized, staffed, skilled and directed as required

Your background
Education to undergraduate or Master level in a Finance related topic
Greater than 10 years managerial experience preferably in senior finance positions
Experience of working on Projects with Project/Operations Managers
English both verbal & written to a high standard
Lead teams with more than 5 direct reports
