About Mantex

Mantex develops technology and products that optimize raw-material consumption through accurate detection of true composition of biomaterial, making industrial processes more efficient. The new thinking has already resulted in two awards; Winner of the 2008 Swedish Cleantech Company of the Year and the 2009 Swedish Innovation & Technology Award.

The team is passionate about computer science and we take pride in our software designs. Our products are safety?critical and contain high performance industrial software applications. The complexity of our products requires an interdisciplinary approach. Therefore the software team works in close collaboration with physicists, mechanical engineers and customers.

Our X-ray based products utilize a common software platform, developed and maintained by a software team consisting of 3 developers and a research team consisting of 3 algorithm developers. The software platform has a ?contract based? architecture and runs under Windows. We are using C++ with COM and C# with COM and WPF. All team members are expected to actively participate in architectural collaboration as well as in agile process management and roadmap planning.

About You

You will initially focus on configuration management, test programming and software rollout. As a candidate, we believe that you are familiar with script languages such as Perl, installation software such as WiX or InstallShield. Previous test experience is highly valued. We believe that you want to extend your abilities towards more programming. We look at each candidate?s personal capability and relevant experience.

In our small organization every developer is expected to be involved in the whole software life cycle including development, verification, deployment and support of our global customer installation base. We are a growing company that encourages our team members to migrate work responsibilities and evolve to match their skill set.
