ABOUT THE ROLE

As a vital member of the Service Now CMDB team at Tele2, your role as an Analyst holds significant importance. Joining our team means taking on a multifaceted position where your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks. From gathering requirements to serving as a test coordinator, reviewing designs, and ensuring effective follow-ups, you play a pivotal role in the team's success. Additionally, your adept organizational skills extend to orchestrating meetings with both stakeholders and the internal team, contributing to the seamless collaboration that defines our work culture.

- Experience from working with CMDB

- Experience from working with ServiceNow

- Experience in Requirement analysis and Testing

- Experience from Telecom

- Experience from working with Jira

- Fluent in both English and Swedish
