We are looking a service minded and business-oriented person to join us in our Consumer Division. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you’ll do
In the role as CMO Assistant, you will play an important role in our Chief Marketing Officers, June Solbekk, daily life. You will be key in coordinating day-to-day operations and be helpful in administrative tasks as well as planning of meetings and events. You will provide high level support and you will be a key enabler for June to focus on her most important areas, such as strategy, leadership, and results.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Prepare management meetings
* Write protocols
* Follow-up on decisions and projects
* Travel expense administration & meeting arrangements
* Social media updates and other communication
* Material production (PowerPoint, etc.)
Who are you
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a big passion for service and business. You have excellent administrative and organizational skills, and you are a strong communicator. We believe that you have previous experience from working in close dialogue with people at senior management level and you have great acumen in prioritizations, time management and workload.
Further, we believe that you have:
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Strong attention to details
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism are essential
