Being part of SA Clouds Sales Support you will support MA´s and CU's with solution expertise for the new Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution, on different levels in pre-sales, design, and product value argumentation / positioning. The role is also to position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader and secure that customer feedback is shared with our R&D organization.
You have:
Ability to understand customer use cases and needs within Cloud domain and connect it to Ericsson offerings.
Proactive mindset and find new ways paths to boost Distributed Cloud presales.
Challenger mindset both internally and externally when it comes to strategic directions.
Support Strategic Product Managers with feedbacks from the market to shape their offerings and boost technical/commercial knowledge in our customer facing organizations and Bid Office.
Educate internally our Cloud Presales Community about solution capabilities and business values to increase the products consumptions and secure Ericsson sales profit.
Strong customer obsession, always striving to provide highest value to our customers.
Applying expertise and technology to explain to customers the value and benefits or Ericsson’s solutions and being able to position the right solution based on customers situation/needs.
Extensive skills in Presenting & Communicating Information, both commercially and technically.
Strategic mind, with ability to span into tactical as needed.
Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking.

Technical / commercial background:
Understanding concepts both technically / commercially within IaaS and CaaS, NFVi, Openstack, K8s, Edge computing.
Experience from Core, Orchestration, LTE/5G RAN
Being confident in driving technical decision making internally by both providing an umbrella view and deeper technical understanding for commercial decisions.
