WHO ARE YOU
We believe that you are a person with a passion about people and determination about creating a better work life for all the people. As a leader you have high level of integrity, honesty and reliability due to all interpersonal relations. You are organised in planning and monitor the outcome of the implementation of strategies as well as proactively influence and communicate in a clear and inspirational way.
Leading and navigating both in the known and unknown context, you have the courage to take a clear standpoint based on your significant knowledge of the international labour market policies and compliances Change management skills. Your skills by communicating in English are good such as negotiating without any language restriction.
We see that you have an academic background with a bachelor or master within law, labour law or HR together with 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role. We also see that you need experience from a matrix and international organization.
YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES
As part of the Centre of Expertise on a global level for Co-workers Relations at INGKA Group your primary focus is to secure access to updated knowledge about market trends, latest developments and best practises in Co-workers Relations based on the responsibility to establish INGKA Group standards and provide expertise on how to secure great Co-workers Relations.
By having the extensive knowledge of creating and implementing long-term Co-workers Relations strategies in large scale organisations and multinational environments you will take the position of process leader as to implementing the relevant people policies and standards, like e.g. Code of conduct, Co-workers Relations principles and mandatory elements of employment standards across the INGKA Group.
Your work is to:
• Lead the process of developing and implementing the people compliance framework
• Proactively drive the continuous improvements of the INGKA Group Co-workers Relations.
• Support countries in creating their adopted framework and follows up the status of the countries on a regular base.
• Drive leadership development in Relations to Co-workers Relations and value based behaviours throughout the organisation.
• Promote the “IKEA Code of Conduct" aligned with IKEA Values and supports in updating it on a regular base.
• Collect, analyse and utilise relevant business intelligence in the Co-workers Relations / labour Relations field to stay industry-competitive and implementing changes when appropriate.
• Take care of the trust-line cases that HR is involved in and secures to align with all relevant stakeholders
• Support the units in the active working with the insights from our Co-workers feedback
