Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Cobol Developer who is experienced in Cobol programming languages such as Java, COBOL, TSO, JCSL, and CICS and Databases MS SQL Server, Oracle RDB, and DB2.

What you'll do:
● Test COBOL programs to catch errors and apply solutions to the faulty lines of the computer code responsible.
● Actively utilize code responsibilities, which are collections of independent lines of codes intended to simplify the writing.
● Developing, designing, coding, and testing new changes to enhance software applications in Cobol.
● Maintenance of the Program Loan Accounting System using COBOL II, IMS, DB2, JCL, Easytrieve, Endevor, CA7, File-Aid, OS/MVS, TSO/ISPF, IBM Mainframe.
● Responsible for a series of programming modifications and enhancements to the CME Price Reporting System using COBOL.

Who you are:
● Have a proven experience in professional Cobol languages with significant expertise in Software Platforms such as CICS, Cobol, Easytrieve, and Information storage such as DL/1, DB2, and VSAM.
● Regularly works across teams to build a culture for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have expertise in Cobol, DB2, DL/1, CICS, CICS WebServices, Soap UI, TSO, TEXO, VSAM, Easytrieve, and JCL. (Elixir, Rexx, IMS).
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Fluent in Speaking and writing Swedish and can easily understand English.
