We are seeking an experienced COC Engineer!

Responsibilities
Participates in the development of sales strategies together with local sales and product managers.
Responsible for that COC is in a god condition for it purpose and that cyber security requirements are met.
Ensures the daily operations follows sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures.
Conducts reviews to guide engineers of continuous improvement activities.
Ensure that operation level agreements are followed and updated.
Understands segment / channel / customer needs in the market and ensures appropriate approach to different service accounts.
Responsible for presentations and demos in COC.
Drives innovation with a strong customer orientation, exploring opportunities to extend service agreements.
Leads the development and implementation together with COC engineers.
Builds network internally and externally for exchange of information. Provides support and technical advice to colleagues.






Qualifications
Understands the key business drivers and risks within digital and cyber security to evolve digital service deliverables.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge in ticket management using Salesforce-Cases or similar platforms.
Familiarity with monitoring and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of 800xA is regarded.
Goods skills Swedish and English.
