The Arena
The CEVT HR department has 25+ co-workers. Apart from the HRBP team, we also have teams of HR specialists working with areas such as Payrolling, Global Mobility, Recruitment, Learning and Development and Work Environment. The HR unit, just as CEVT as a whole is an international and multi-cultural environment.
The Role
As our new HRBP colleague you will be a part of a team of 7 HRBPS. As an HRBP at CEVT you will cooperate with one or several business units. You will work with business leaders and management teams to provide proactive and professional HR support. As the successful candidate, you are experienced and familiar with all sorts of reoccurring HR processes such as leadership, salary reviews, employee engagement, performance management, etc.
CEVT is a very dynamic company, so as the successful candidate you will need to have a solution oriented and flexible mindset. The role will include a wide range of HR-related questions, so it is important that you are prepared to work both strategically, as well as with daily operations.
At HR we also drive several projects in order to improve our own work or to help develop the business. These projects are run in cross functional HR teams and as an HRBP you will also be asked to take part in one or several of these projects.
Start date for this position is as soon as possible.
Previous experiences
- A minimum of 5 years of experience from an HRBP role in which you have been supporting managers, business leaders and management teams.
- Be knowledgeable in Swedish labor law in order to provide advice to managers and leaders.
- Documented understanding and know-how from labor relations.
- Experiences from working with HR in an international environment.

- Service minded, professional and with high integrity.
- Strong business acumen.
- Skilled communicator. You must be fluent in both written and oral English.
