We are looking for a person that can both help in the agile SAP SuccessFactors teams and also help out with overall internal HR/consultant administration for the Colleague Management team.
Our Colleague Management product team is rolling out the global core HR solution for the whole H&M group.
We are a big team in a very challenging period and resource intense period (where we take in a lot of extra resources) in order to meet the implementation goals by end of this year.
We are looking for someone with administrative skills that can help out with consultant (and colleague) related activities e.g everything from helping out with resource requests to onboarded them. ´
We want an experienced HR coordinator/consultant administrator that’s interested in HR systems and would like to learn more about SAP Success Factors.
Furthermore, we want you to be part of any of our agile teams. Helping out with end user support and everything else like testing, solving incidents and handling operations of our SAP SF EC solution.
This will be a great opportunity for the right person to both help with internal HR processes as well as being part of a big Tech and HR transformation, as well being part of a global roll out of SAP SF HR core solution.
Experience from HR processes, HR systems and working in big, global companies is very beneficial. We hope that you will be helping us as a team to be more efficient as well as being able to support our colleagues in our HR core solution and HR processes.
The position is full time and based in Stockholm.
Work tasks
- Handle incidents and development (CSR) requests
- Help out with system requirements, test and change management
- Help out with operational routines and support
- Help out with Release mgt and handling
- Consultant admin, RR admin, on boarding, access admin
- Invoice handling and time reporting comparison
- End user support
- Document and making sure we have documentation of operational routines, WI etc
- Help PO with administration
Kvalifikationer och Erfarenheter
Technical Competences
- Strong knowledge of office-related automation tools: O365, Teams, word processing, spreadsheet etc.
- ServiceNow experience (beneficial)
- SAP SuccessFactors experience (beneficial)
- Experience from working with HR solutions
Personal Competences
- Thorough
- Service Minded and helpful
- Flexible, yet structured
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team player as well as good ability to work individually
- You like a high working pace and are not afraid to work extra when needed
- Adaptable to H&Ms methods and tools – and working environment
- Experience from working agile is very beneficial
