Your mission
As Global Online Business grows with more markets and products, we are setting up a new central team that will manage collections and disputes with our end customers for our European markets. Your task will be to, for Sweden, perform the entire debt collection process as well as manage, investigate, and solve customer disputes. In your role you will be in the middle of complex issues and daily talk with many stakeholders and teams. Additionally, you will take a leading role in developing processes, structures and new initiatives, especially in the new area of managing relationships with B2B/fleet customers.  

Your role will include:
•    Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Accounts, Sales, and the Legal Department
•    Developing debt collection strategies, processes and plans and document the same
•    Drive improvement projects and support new implementations 
•    Support our Consumer Relations service centres and finance teams 
•    Act as a second line support, for customer disputes and claims, to our Consumer relations teams
•    Provide input to the digital development and test new system functionality

•    Take accountability, both for their own direct area of responsibility, and the success of the team
•    Dare being bold, in a thought through way, with integrity, and curiosity as guiding stars
•    Focus on customers and understands how to provide excellent customer service
•    Can carry out tasks independently and approach issues with a problem-solving mindset 

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
•    Previous debt collection experience
•    Experience of business development, leading projects and process development
•    Worked with operational end customer processes in an international firm
•    Experience from B2B/ SMT Fleet debt collection is advantageous 
•    Excellent communication skills and strive to provide great customer experience
•    Fluent in English and Swedish (other languages is an advantage)
•    Higher education
