Combustion Engine Development Engineer

You will be part of a leader in industrial combustion engine development, specializing in engines ranging from 5 to 16 liters. The Industrial Development and Calibration team is at the forefront of testing and optimizing both hardware and software to ensure top-notch engine performance.

About the position
As a Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering test and optimization tasks for our combustion engines.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading optimization tasks for specific engines, from sensor linearization to final engine software settings for production.
• Utilizing advanced tools such as ENE and DoE for screening and calibration.
• Working with tools like ATI Vision, DTECS, and Concerto for calibration, data acquisition, and post-processing.

Qualifications
• A Master of Science or similar relevant technical experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience in combustion engine development.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A valid driver´s license.

We are seeking a team member with a genuine interest in product development, particularly in testing and optimization of combustion engines, including diesel and alternative fuel-powered engines. Your networking skills will be highly valued as the position involves building and maintaining internal and external contacts.

About the position
The assignment is a consultant position with employment at Adecco. The start will take place as soon as possible after agreement.
