As a Learning consultant, you will have the role to identify customers learning needs, propose and lead competence-enhancing initiatives. We develop learning solutions that make Scania reach the next level of business results. In parallel, we work on introducing lifelong learning and expanding our digital learning toolbox.
The position
Your task in summary: In cooperation with the business responsible from Scania identify the competence and behaviors needed to ensure that the business goals and required skills are secured in our commercial network. You shape the training concept and develop and deliver learning solutions that are impactful to the learning objectives and business goals.
We work cross-functional throughout the Scania organization. International contacts and supplier relations are a natural part of the work.
Your profile
You have an interest in learning and competence development and you understand change management. You dare to try new things in order to learn and to reach out with learning solutions globally. You are creative and dare to try new concepts, tools, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure learning happens at the speed of business.
You have good communication and listening skills and the ability to analyse customer needs and turn them into deliverable solutions. You can easily create relationships and collaborate with others, but you can also work independently. You are fluent in English.
