IT SOLUTION ANALYST
We are all leaders in taking responsibility for the things we need to achieve. Overall as IT Solution analyst you are responsible to collect, highlight, describe and follow up IT requirements.

In your daily work you will be:
- Identifying IT detailed functional and non-functional requirements on an IT Solution.
- Securing, review and approval of IT Requirements in the Requirements Review.
- Securing that the IT solution can fulfil the agreed functional and non functional business requirements according to agreed technology and work benches e.g. tools and methods.
- In a "requirement-dialog" with the Business Analyst challenge expectations and show risks and possibilities and work proactively to create cost efficient business solutions based on IT.
- Responsible for detailing IT requirements in our two delivery processes - service management and project management.
- Securing that IKEA can be a professional customer putting IT requirements and follow up of IT requirements on supplier.

IS THIS YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
To be successful in this role we think that you have great experience of requirement management, experienced in establish good relations between commissioning- and delivering organisation. You are experience of giving support of system and performing business tests. Maybe you are working as a Business Analyst in close cooperation with IT today, then this could be a great position for you! We preferable see that you have a technical background from development or have a proficient knowledge of the development process. We are working in an international environment so you need to be fluent in spoken and written English.

It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from technical upgrades and Life Cycle Management is an advantage.
- Experience from working in a sourced IT development organisation is an advantage.

As a person you are simple and humble, have strong analytical skills - being able to structure information and derive conclusions and consequences out of them. You show openness, drive and are challenged of working in a fast pace environment. You are a teamplayer with integrity and you enjoy working in an environment where you can express your opinion.
