Commerce Application Support Specialist in Gothenburg

Job description
We are looking for a Commerce Application Support Specialist for our client who is launching on several markets in EU now. The Commerce Platform development and functionality improvement is at crucial stages. The commerce team, as a part of our clients IT, needs an Application Support Specialist to support towards our clients commerce system in areas of Online/Offline Sales, Payments & Business Services, Leasing and Cash loan etc. 

Responsibility of the role is to provide first line support for the commerce system to troubleshooting related issue support in collaboration with our clients product owners, business departments and development teams on coordination and collaboration with the 3rd parties.

Responsibilities
For this position you will accept and handle user feedback issues, establish and update the corresponding system knowledge base. You will communicate, dock and collaborate with business units, delivery teams, call centers, upstream and downstream systems and external suppliers to ensure the continuous and stable operation of online business.

Work tasks:
Day to day 1st line application support to our clients operational team.
Analyze and identify problem and proposed possible solution.
Troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with our clients teams and partners and keep tracking status within the defined SLAs. 
Contribute an efficient support process by work tightly with the 2nd and 3rd line IT support.
Actively log and maintain Knowledge center related to our clients backend platform support.
Actively support and provide operational team training and knowledge when needed

Qualifications
Driven problem solver who is communicative and team focused candidate with a curiosity for IT and technology.
Tech-Savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms
Familiar with MySQL/ORACLE/SQL SERVER and any other, familiar with SQL,data query and business data extraction;
Familiar with API call and logs.
Good communication and language skills, clear logic, learning ability, self-motivation, willing to assume the pressure of work, strong sense of responsibility.
More than two years of experience in the field of operations and maintenance
Experiences in technical support role.
Experience with ITIL processes, if you have an ITIL foundation training or certificate, that is a plus.
Experiences working with e-commerce system, knowledge of basic payment and finance flow for online/offline sales.
Experience working in multicultural environment and especially with China is beneficial
Ability to travel
