To continue our extraordinary growth, we are hiring a Commercial Administrator The preferred workplace will be at the UmanDiagnostics office in Umea, Sweden.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team. This position will be shared between the Quanterix European Commercial team and the UmanDiagnostics team. This individual will require experience from working with order handling/logistics and commercial back office & tender administration.
UmanDiagnostics is fully owned subsidiary of Quanterix and is specializing in early and accurate detection of neurological diseases utilizing immunoassays on the ELISA platform. Our products are used by pharma companies, academic researchers and in clinical routine on the European market and for research use only in the rest of the world. What You’ll Do:
Handle orders, requests and logistics at UmanDiagnostics
Support European Sales team on commercial back office & Tender administration
Collaborate and source internally between Sales, Administrative, Legal and Finance teams
Responsible for handling and submitting the admin part of European Bid and Tender Processes

Experience in Incoterms and customs clearance
Experience in commercial back office & tender admin
Experience in order handling and logistics
Service-minded
Exceptional collaborative skills, including ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a team
High level of enthusiastic professionalism
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to successfully interact with internal teams and customers
Dedicated, punctual, and takes accountability
Fluent in English, preferably fluent in Italian and/or Spanish
