We are looking for a Commercial Advisor who wants to join our Group Expansion Department at the Head Office in Stockholm!

Group Expansion is responsible for all aspects of optimizing our Group’s Real Estate Portfolio, as well as enabling the growth on digital and physical marketplaces. Each year we grow into new markets, marketplaces and new stores, and optimize our existing portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
As a Commercial Advisor – Store Network in the Omnichannel portfolio team, you support all Expansion and Lease Managers in your specific region and brands. You will be the direct link between the sales market/regional organizations and head office regarding all expansion related matters to ensure that there is a competitive multibrand growth strategy in each region in line with the Group’s strategic direction, as well as expansion targets. You will be part of setting that strategy and goals, in the journey of shaping the future of the H&M Group’s omnichannel network.
You cooperate closely with functions within Group Expansion and other relevant stakeholders and together you drive strategic initiatives related to improving and expanding the touchpoints with our customers. Your strategic and analytical approach, strong drive and effective communication skills will enable you to onboard your collaborators in jointly driving goals towards creating the industry’s most healthy and relevant omni sales network.
Your responsibilities
The job of a Commercial Advisor comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your main responsibilities will include:
To ensure there is a clear multibrand growth strategy in each market in your region in line with the Group’s strategic direction and global expansion targets
To support and challenge Leasing teams in each market in setting ambitious qualitative and quantitative targets for each market in your region
To follow up each Leasing teams’ commercial strategy to ensure that the portfolio is commercially competitive in line with the overall global standard and contribute to the Group’s ecosystem from an omni perspective
To provide global cross-benchmarking, best practice, learnings and analysis to guide regions and brands in taking strategic portfolio decisions
To ensure each project fulfills global quality standards and to prepare Signing presentations with clear recommendations to obtain Board approval
To drive cross-functional collaborations and strategic initiatives towards common Group goals, both globally and in your region
Negotiate with global strategic partners, when needed

Qualifications
We believe you are strategic and have a multibrand and multichannel perspective in your long and short term planning and decision making. You feel a strong sense of ownership in your work and constantly look forward to take initiatives and strive for improvement and growth. You have excellent self-management skills.
You are a team player and a positive person who is characterized by optimism, persistence and hard work. Moreover, we see that you have the following experiences:
Expansion experience in a market
Experience from working in an international organization with several stakeholders and seniority levels
Negotiation experience
Strong communication skills
Strong financial and analytical skills
Comfortable to challenge people and processes
Comfortable to work in a changing environment

This is a full-time permanent contract placed in Stockholm.
